Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to create a positive impact on buyers from a street perspective. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers shape their initial opinion of your home and how you keep up your home's regular maintenance. Understanding this helps us to decide what we can do to draw buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with touched up paint and colorful garden plants we'll need to address those as well. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers picture themselves hanging out in your living space, unwinding in your reading nook or studying in your home office? We want your home to welcome buyers and give them a sense of contentment. I'll help you accomplish this by suggesting changes that highlight your home's features. I'll suggest that you eliminate anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Table and counter tops should be neatly arranged. Arts and crafts, souvenirs, family photos, and play time works of art should get stored away too. We need to give mass appeal to the home so buyers can see it as their new house.
Every room gets a once-over. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively affect the sale.
Potential buyers like a property that brings them inside. Decor that could be "loud" should be put away so that your place will have have likability to buyers.

Setting the Stage In the short time that your house will be on the market, we want to engage the buyer's senses. Lighting is a mood changer and we'll open curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look at your home and assure a delightful aroma circulates throughout your house. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and pillows on your sofa and bed. Buyers should feel like your home is their future home. |
